CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 25% of your scheduled service or $15 (whichever is more). Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there will not be enough time to full do your service and we have the right to turn you away and you will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
